10th International Conference on Workplace Bullying and Harassment
19-22 April 2016, Auckland, New Zealand, Hilton Hotel

In the pursuit of healthy and sustainable work for all
Hosted by the New Zealand Work Research Institute, AUT University in conjunction with the Healthy Work Group, Massey University

Academic and practitioner knowledge of workplace bullying has greatly increased over the last twenty years. But with the damaging impact of workplace bullying now well documented:

  • How do we further advance our understandings of how to prevent and manage this toxic workplace problem?
  • How do we promote, build and maintain workplaces that are healthy and sustainable for all?

The conference presents scholars and practitioners with the opportunity to consider these questions and other important aspects related to workplace bullying and harassment. The aim of the conference is to bring together the community of scholars and practitioners to share and learn advances in preventing and managing workplace bullying. First held in 1998, this is the biennial conference of The International Association on Workplace Bullying and Harassment and is attended by leading scholars and practitioners from throughout the world.
